    [PRISON] my 4x multiplier for 3 hours has been erased for the second time, near the start of its duration.

    this happened not too long ago after a long period of maintenance, where it just dissapeared, but I wrote it off as an unlucky coincidence as I had the coins to purchase another one. Now that it has happened again, and I cannot purchase another, I am rather frustrated as it has lost me 30 bcoins.
