Can I Clean the Abedless to get its texture again?

My Abedless lost its texture cuz I put tape on it I tried everything (rubbing alcohol, drying it, water) now im getting kinda worried because I really love this mouse I don't wanna lose it :(

Also the sticky residue off the tape is really hard to get rid of so you probably won't be able to drag well anymore
