I'm not sure that they will give you the exact plugins but who knows, I'd ask an admin if you'd really want to know...

A lot of the plugins that BridgerLands use are either custom developed or heavily modified from currently existing plugins. If you would like to know more about such, I would advise as @yiony stated above to contact an administrator of the server or higher as they are a lot more knowledgeable on such topics rather than us.
