Make it so newer posts are always at the top in forums by default

I’ve litterally just congratulated som1 on getting helper without realising that it was in June and they got their helper rank taken away.

you know.

feel like it may be helpful to the forums noobs like me out there.

It goes based off of the latest message in a thread. So if you post something new, it is automatically at the top, but if someone replies to an old thread it gets bumped to the top.
